I’m a wedding and portrait photographer of nearly six years. Augusta, Georgia is my home, and I live just across the river in North Augusta, South Carolina with my guy Adam. We love to see the world, but nothing makes us happier nothing more than coming home to our little cottage and people right here. I shoot mostly in the southeast, but I’m always down to hop in the car or book a flight!
My hobbies growing up always geared towards the visual arts, starting with my first formal painting lessons in elementary school. I then was gifted an old film camera when I was 15 and was totally captivated. The camera became my voice, and I knew art would always hold a significant place in my life - somehow.
My professional journey has taken me on quite a ride. College nurtured a love for small business and what it means to do good and honest work. Since graduation, I’ve been privileged to creatively collaborate with all kinds of interesting people, from musicians to brands to companies. I launched my photography business senior year (2014), did a few corporate shoots, and pursued my love for weddings. In between wedding seasons, I landed some contract touring gigs working for artists on the road such as Danny Gokey and Lauren Daigle.
In 2019, I completed my AASBC small business consulting certification with the hopes of encouraging, supporting, and providing tools to others with big dreams for their future. I have a deep care for what it means to serve well within business - honestly, ethically, and intentionally.
No matter where I’ve been or where its led me, running this small business of mine has continued to be one of my greatest joys over the past six years, and I’m so thankful for the incredible folks I’ve met through the photography field.
In an effort to serve my clients well, I’m currently taking two weddings per month in 2020 and 2021, in addition to other collaborative projects. Hope to see you soon!
